Linus Ali is the Principal Counsel and Director of LinusAliLaw Professional Corporation. He obtained his law degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He has over 30 years combined experience in teaching and practicing law. He also obtained a doctorate degree in law in 2007. In Ontario he is a duly licensed lawyer by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Dr Ali also worked in the enforcement department of the Ontario Securities Commission where he researched and wrote several legal memoranda for the prosecution of securities fraud. He has authored a book titled Corporate Criminal Liability in Nigeria.
